Our training courses at the Human in Progress Academy are delivered On-Demand Online or via Virtual Live Training.
The on-demand courses are available anytime and learn at your own pace through our easy-to-use portal. In our virtual live training you will have one-to-one real-time, interactive learning with an experienced trainer.
The trainers pool consists of professionals, HRM consultants, entrepreneurs and employee representatives of Works Councils in the Netherlands. They have more than 10 years of experience working in an international environment with multicultural groups.

Training Material
Pre-course material is the content material participants will receive before the actual training session begins. These materials are designed to prepare participants for the content and objectives of the course and to ensure there is a foundational understanding of key concepts before diving into the course. The pre-course material will be sent by the latest one week before the course.
The course materials presented during the course and to be received after the course include, presentation slides, Knowledge Base links to additional readings, articles, and tools for ongoing learning and the survey with access to support channels.
